At our Bistro, guests can dive into a truly traditional cuisine with Liechtenstein Chef Damian Beck. From deerback to “Spätzle”, from red cabbage to veal stew, we have it all. With a huge emphasis on only using seasonal ingredients, Damian is preparing all his dishes on the minute. The dishes are straightforward, simple and pure – with an incomparable taste.

Damian knows how to prepare the most traditional dishes, like your grandmother would use to do. These little tricks are what comes with experience - of which he has surely a lot. Dive into the culture through this culinary journey. And as we say: “An Guata!”

Original French Bakery

“Savoir-vivre” – one of the core values of the Bistro. Maybe some people find this combination strange – but for us a mix of traditional Liechtenstein food with French finest Patisserie seems nearly perfect. Our French Pâtissière Justine has been working since more than 15 years as a baker in Paris. Her creations are soft, not too sweet, but extraordinarily tasteful. Always freshly made, these sweets do not contain any preservatives.

Our famous afternoon tea has made a name in the Capital – Éclair, Mille Feuille, Tartes and Cakes are on the menu. You are looking for a birthday cake or something sweet for the weekend? No problem you can order directly in our Online Shop for the upcoming Saturday or call us if you would like to order any other day.

In constant reflection and exchange with our guests, we aim to create a somehow different Breakfast Buffet and Brunch: Over the years, humans have started to eat differently in the morning. We are adapting to the changing traveller: Spread for our vegan guests, hummus, gluten free bread, quinoa, avocado, waffles, salmon or freshly baked rye bread, home-made jam and many other products.

The core principle for good and healthy taste is home-made and quality! Our French Pâtissière is responsible for the sweet part, while our chef Damian looks after the spread and sauces. We believe that a good start in the day is more than pivotal, which is why we stimulate all senses. In a breath-taking interior, this room doesn’t seem like a typical type of breakfast room.
